GOOD GIRL SHADOW MEDITATION

If you identity with having a "good girl" conditioning, this meditation is for you.  What is in the shadow of the good girl? What is she hiding from you? This meditation journey will connect you to your good girl conditioning and the shadow that lies behind that, all the parts that were suppressed so the good girl conditioning could survive.  This meditation is about 30 minutes long, it was recorded live and there are a couple moments when my voice isnt clear but it does not take away from the offering overall.
