Each session is a combination of lecture, reflection, meditation + connection

You will also learn a variety of powerful practices so that you can explore different techniques and find the one that resonates with your current vibration.

Daily practices for empathic/sensitive/intuitive people

Each week during the first 5 weeks there will be a 2 hour group session.
The final week each participant will have a 1 on 1 session with Jas.
The group sessions will combine conversation, journal reflection, meditation and an opportunity to learn + connect with like minded souls. Here are more details on how the sessions will flow:
ENHANCE YOUR KNOWDLEDGE + WELLBEING
Conscious conversation around important topics that drastically improve both your health + wellbeing and your personal development. As a group we will explore limiting beleifs, inner child work, the shadow, setting boundaries and much more. You will gain new understanding of yourself + your experience.

Education, empowment + empathy is the goal here!

DEEPEN + EXPAND YOUR INSIGHTS
Journal prompts are offered to ignite insight + clarity around how you can embody your most heart centric self. Each week journal prompts will reflect the topic at hand, allowing you to dive deeper into understandning these aspects of you have and the impact they have on your mental health.
The neuroscience is there, when you make journalling a staple in your practice, it can form new pathways, changing your state of mind. This inner shift is only naturally reflected back to you by the outer world as you continue to expand.

INTEGRATE THE INNER SHIFT
Give yourself the gift of healing + allow yourslef to sink into the powerful practice of meditation. When you first start out, meditation can be grueling. The group dynamic has the power to shift that energy, providing a sense of accountability + support that you lack in a solo pracice. When you meditate in a group you feel the collective energy which allows you to connect deeper within as you are guided gently to explore.

Have the opportunity to receive clarification on our meditation process during these sessions. Ask questions, get tips + explore new techniques.

CONNECT FROM A NEW PLACE
Share with others by simply being present or choose to express your story with the group. This circle is all about allowing yourself to connect to yourself + others in a new way that can be both exciting and intimidating. You will feel safe and supported to try on these new and improved versions of you as you unravel and let go of what no longer serves you.

Since 2012 Jasmine has been assisting others in living a life that is in alignment with their heart and soul.

She does this with energy healing, meditation and intuitive coaching.

Jasmine believes that true happiness and inner peace can occur when we honor who we are and learn how to love ourselves unconditionally. This looks different for everyone and learning what it looks like for you is all part of the journey.
